9. Policy on “Refunds”
The primary Service provided by samasta.id, which includes access to information on company profiles and salary estimations in Pakistan, is offered free of charge to users. As such, there are no fees collected for the standard use of the Website‘s informational content that would necessitate a refund.
In the event that samasta.id introduces any premium services, paid content, or subscription models in the future, a separate and specific refund policy pertaining to those paid services will be clearly outlined at the point of purchase and/or within these Terms. Until such time, this “Refund Policy” section confirms that no refunds are applicable as no financial transactions for access to core content are processed.
Any donations made to samasta.id, if such a facility is provided, are voluntary and non-refundable.
10. Termination
samasta.id reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to all or part of the Website, with or without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Website will immediately cease.
